My Printelligence Tab

The “My Printelligence” tab gives the user a snapshot of what they have spent on print for the last four months and how they compare with others within the organization.  For more comprehensive detail the user can access Detailed Reports.

Print History Tab

The "Print History" tab provides the user with a snapshot of what they have printed for a given period of time.

Inform

With the Inform rule, the user is informed as to the cost of the last print job they printed.  The user is informed after the job is released to the printer.
